If dairy has sugar, chances are that sugar is milk sugar (lactose) and the more dairy has this, the worst the symptoms.

  1. I get the symptoms as soon as I take a bite of something has milk in it or when I drink something that has milk in it! Does that mean I’m lactose intolerant?

  2. I just started IF and keto 16:8 tmad and I have increased my dairy a huge amount but not milk. Since doing this my nose is constantly stuffy. Is this an allergy? I don’t get the tummy problems.

  3. I've been using a heavy whipping cream in my coffee and it's giving me gas pains. What can I use instead? I can't drink my coffee black because it's too harsh on my stomach

  4. Doing keto has helped me identify this, finally. Because my stomach is empty more often, I made a cup of cocoa with milk and cream on an empty stomach and had a bad reaction (at least it didn't take me out of ketosis, as I couldn't digest the sugars!). Today I have bought a good probiotic and some lactase (I don't want to waste all that cheese and cream I have stocked up on!). After I have used up my stores, I will go completely dairy free for at least a month. Then I will test things a bit. I'm looking forward to being symptom free, although I suspect it is not the only thing going on with my digestive system.

  5. I've just figured out I was lactose intolerant and never knew at all until now. I ate ice cream and experienced bloating, gas, pain, and rumbling. I asked my doctor what it was and she said it's most likely lactose intolerance. So I came here, and that's what it is!

  6. Idk wat exactly i have but i stopped consuming milk for a week now and i feel awesome, my psoriasis symptoms got better m no long swollen i feel like i lost 30 lbs

  7. I was soy fed as a baby being lactose intolerant but even 2 slices of cheese makes me have gas, bloating, fatty bowels and diarrhea plus acne. Even lactose free does it. I guess I'm more on the allergic side??

  8. Dr. Berg will you please do a video giving your opinion on colon cleansing and mucoid plaque? I'm curious if removing that plaque safely is harmful to other areas of your body in any way, or if it's only helpful to the rest of your system to remove it.

  9. My kids are allergic to whey. This can cause asthma and skin conditions like eczema. It took me a long time to figure it out because they reacted to lactose free dairy but didn't react to rice cheese which had casein in it.

  10. Hi Doctor berg, how are you? That's my big problem when I drink milk my tummy not comfortable what should I do,? I can't sleep well I wake up at 2am. In the morning and then can't sleep till morning .

  11. how about avoiding milk product all together! so simple, you are not a calf but human! when do people get this. The milk is not made for humans, but for completely different spieces.

  12. Hi dr berg.. i follow a strict low calorie keto diet +15 hr intermittent fasting.but i m able to do it 5 days a week nd break it every other weekend. Please let me know if it is healthy and if there is a better alternative. Thanks

  13. That pain and runbling is what I have. I was diagnosed with irritable bowel many years ago but it's been suppressed with Endep but now I think I might try some lactose free milk. After all, maybe the doctor made a mistake. Thanks for your videos, they are very informative. 🙂

  14. How much exactly is 7 to 10 cups?
Cuz in 1 video you said 1 cup is one ounce, that is 28 grams, and in a different video you said a cup of awokado is 800 mg of potassium, while I checked and I see that 100 grams of Awokado has less than 500 mg. Close to all countries use metric system, you may wanna clarify this so nobody is confused.
