Natural Remedies for Asthma

Take Dr. Berg’s Free Keto Mini-Course:

Dr. Berg talks about natural alternative remedies for asthma. Asthma causes inflammation in the lung and bronchial tubes, bronchial spasm, coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath. There is a big connection between the microbe chlamydia pneumonia (bacteria) and asthma. Antibiotics are used and you may want to do something natural instead to see if it can help you.

There is also a great breathing technique for asthma, which can be further explained here:…

1. Chaga Mushroom
2. Lotus Rhizome Node
3. Ligustrum Seed
and don’t forget Vitamin D if you haven’t already tried this.

  1. here's a few tips for curing asthma
    Kick Out the Mites.
    Use HEPA Filters.
    Clear the Smoke.
(I discovered these and the reasons they work from Laken chest remedy website )

  2. Thank you dr. for the great info. However, I looked on amazon for both: Lotus Rhizome Node and
Ligustrum Seed and I couldn't find any. Please advice on where I can get them.

  3. Can you do a video on chronic sinusitis? I have had it for like 7 years and haven't been able to heal it. I don't know if there is another underlying cause to it. It would be great if you could do a video on it since i haven't seen many other channels do videos on chronic sinusitis.

  4. Idk ever since I smoked weed my asthma symptoms have decreased almost entirely, I barely use my inhaler even during exercise. I don't smoke weed that often anymore but I'm still good. Not saying it's a cure but it sure is a natural remedy in my experience lol

  5. Dr. Berg, can you please do a video specifically on COPD? My husband was just diagnosed at age 40. He's not really into vitamins, but are there any dietary changes that can help?

  6. I believe people get asthma because they have burned out some or a lot of their adrenals. In the ER we give people epinephrine, an extract of the adrenal gland to open their airways. I think the solution is to be able to calm down the adrenals somehow.

  7. What worked for me was ginger, garlic, and kimchi with hot Korean soups. Explosive! It did a huge difference! Gone forever!!!!! Once a month at least in the winter I eat a soup made with small chicken, ginseng root, ginger and garlic with some barley (just a touch). Also, I make ginger root tea with cinnamon sticks; just boil it for a bit and drink it during the day. It is naturally sweet, no need for sugar. At least this is how I treat a cough with whizzing (if ever!) during the winter . Though I maintain my bronchial health with these foods constantly, daily almost, it's part of my diet.

  8. Dr. Berg. Is there a link with gluten? A leaky gut, caused by gluten can allow things to enter the blood stream which can cause the inflamation in the bronchius?

  9. Research the herb….OSHA……this is great to decongest and for any breathing problems…..especially asthma…..drops in mouth on tongue stops asthma attacks ….works for me cause I won't use any meds or inhalers. Careful using Rx and this herbs

  10. I use large dosages of quercetin and bromelain like 8 or 9 caps per attack and i've had asthma all my life and now don't have to use my inhaler or preventitive at all..It really works and the relief is soo amazing and completely leaves the type of relief given by drugs in the dust.Just take 8 or 9 caps per attack as needed.

  11. Actually I was born with Asthma and battled it all my early life. Vitamin C actually works wonders! All my life I never knew this them I had an attack and no inhaler and taking Vit C pills actually stopped the attack. Its insane to me how the one thing that pretty much helps with everything is not being told by Drs.
