Dr. Berg talks about the sinuses and how to get rid of mucus, He recommends vitamin A as the best remedy for the sinus. Vitamin A supports the mucus membranes of the body. Use virgin cod liver oil. Grass fed butter also has vitamin A. If your gallbladder is not fully functional, then add some purified bile salts to help absorb vitamin A. If you also have microbial biofilms – use serrapeptase (200,000 IU). This is that crusty material that continues to develop in your sinuses. It’s also present when people have sleep apnea.

  1. Hi Dr at this point I will try your recommendations because this sinus mucus headaches are driving me crazy. Ive been like this for months, I have pressure headaches and mucus on back of nose all the freaking time. I've taken amoxicillin for infection didn't help I've tried those sinus rinse don't help the only thing that takes away my headaches is Sudafed but I try to take only when I really needed. If you have any more advice I would really appreciate it. I'm also taking cetrizine daily n fluconase spray but I still feel the same.😭 And is it bad if I take Sudafed on long term? Thank you dr

  2. Thank you for the Video Dr. Berg – Could Coffee cause a runny nose? I drink coffee every morning and always have sinus issue. Tried without coffee and didn't see much difference but had a headache – so just got back to drinking coffee
    would really appreciate you help

  3. I've a terrible problem of sinus mucus, It's so annoying and embarrassing. Doctors say cold allergy. I have a family history of Asthma, even though I don't have it . Should I take Vitamin A?

  4. Dr Berg I don't know how else to thank you, I am currently a subscriber and I see your hard work. I saw especially how hard is it to illustrate about our bodies and it's ailments as some people have the same conditions but different root issues so there's always a debate. Yes it is alot hard to understand but I try my hardest to listen keenly and grasp.

Regarding my sinus issue, I am 39 years old, and I have been having sinus issues, literally all my life, I almost think it was normal. Constant scratchy nose, which to relief it I have hauling air in my nose in and out in a vigorous way, which is highly annoying and it's like I can't stop. That was from I was 16. And It sure don't give my mouth a good odour which I try to take very good care of.

Since the last 5yrs , I realise I could sneeze at least 10 times on a good day and climax to 30 on a bad day, whether in any season it doesn't matter and I live in the uk.

I stop going to the doctors period, I would take their medicines but what I don't understand why am I suffering all year long, and they always say because the Pollens are out. Yes spring but surely not winter too. Yes I would take them, but then it wears off, what do I do….

Bumping on this video not only made sense but it definitely what am looking for, far…….too long. Even being on the keto diet you required I realise I wasnt reacting alot. My nose has calm drastically drowsiness subside, runny eyes are clearing up, itchy nose in remission.

I thank you for telling me a about this virgin cod liver oil and serrapeptise, I,'ll be sure to get them. Also is there a right brand of serrapeptise to buy since now I have learnt from you that there a synthetic ones out there.

Many thanks, thanks for keeping your videos clean, no absurd languages just totally mature to you and your lovely wife. GOD BLESS YOU xx.

  5. This Keto diet has caused me tons of mucus and allergies. I'm eating plant based keto with eggs, coconut oi,l olive oil tiger nut oil, beyond burgers, and tons of greens within my macros. When I was raw vegan I had absolutely no mucus and tons of energy. I'm feeling the definite weightloss but all the fat seems to be causing serious mucus build up in me. I so desperately want to eat a grapefruit and clear this away. I'm just terrified to add any carbs on this diet. What can I do doc?

  6. Mucus drips from the upper part of mouth into my mouth 16hrs/365days(8hrs excluded because I don't get it in sleep). I had been facing the issue since 3 years, i get vomiting sensation and vomited many times in try to pull that mucus out….it's like applying vaccum pressure in mouth and sucking the upper part of the passage that leads to nostrils. I do this all the time I am awake. Really got psychologically depressed with this issue.plz give your valuable suggestions

  7. I recently got some sort of sinus infection that's been at it for about a month. Finally got some Flonase nasal spray to help clear up that problem. Although it's not guaranteed that's what I have. Could be Sinitis or something like that.

  8. I have thick phlegm in my throat every morning. I do have allergies mainly tree allergies and some food allergies. I have had this for more than 20 years and it seems like it just gets worse. I end of coughing to get the phlegm out every morning. I also do not have a gallbladder, it was taken out 27.5 years ago. I just reviewed this video and would like to know what would be the best thing to do for this. I'm also on the KETO diet and have been for almost 3 months. I was hoping that would help, but it hasn't so far.

  9. Thanks to your videos, I’ve upped my greens intake. I now eat about 8 cups of greens a day in three salads. The second day after I began incorporating more organic greens into my diet, I was in the shower and blew my nose about four time and each time, a big handful of mucus came out and suddenly, I could take such deep breaths and had a renewed sense of smell. I assume since the greens are so high in Vitamin A, that it helped decongest my sinuses.

  10. Dr Berg…I think I have a physical obstruction in the right side of my head that keeps my sinuses congested most of my life. NOTHING helped…most things make it worse (acupressure, steaming, neti pots etc) That was, until your advice about serrapeptase. I sincerely thank you for your advice! It really, REALLY works! It literally melts all that stuff so it can drain out around whatever is in the way. Thank you, OH thank you!!! May God bless you and your family for the good you do for others 🙂

  11. When you stop smoking you will also be less mucousy or not at all any more. Everytime I'd start back up I thought I was getting a cold but then I'd stop and it would go away again. My family does tobacco everything and they're very mucousy

  12. Most brilliant Doctor I know would be Dr. Berg! It's like he's knows what I'm going through every time I click on his videos. It's amazing! Brilliant!

  13. Your voice was too fast and quiet for me to get comprehension of the words. A GOOD video DOES NOT HAVE TO BE WATCHED MORE THAN ONCE FOR PEOPLE TO GET THE WORDS/DEFINITION/PHRASES MORE THAN ONCE. BUT THEN AGAIN IT COULD BE THAT I AM HEARING IMPAIRED SINCE BIRTH OR THAT MY STUFFED SINUSES ARE CONGESTING MY EARS.
