  1. Got bronchitis for 3 weeks, I was almost over it and started taking cold showers and got it back fully, went to docs and got some pills for it. Just ordered the salt inhaler with salt crystals to try it out at the same time.

  2. Why do you need to replace the salt?
The salt just sits in that chamber. It's not like it's chemical composition changes.

Can someone explain why the salt needs to be replaced?

  3. Hi Dr. Berg, after watching your video here, I read many reviews online from people saying that it is amazingly beneficial. However, a couple of posts said that it can increase blood pressure, based on the belief that the inhalation of salt is basically the same as ingesting it – but I'm not sure I believe that to be true. Could you please comment on this? I hope there's no added risk there because I'd really like to try this for congestion. Thank you!

  4. Thank you for this brilliant suggestion, Dr. Berg! I just ordered mine for my favorite guy who happens to have COPD, emphysema, and is recovering from a heart attack. It should arrive in time for Father's Day. Very grateful to you!

  5. I just found out about your channel from my hair dresser. One recipe I'd be interested in is tacos. Not sure if you've made those yet. I'm going to try your suggestions to see if I can get healthy first then have weight loss next.

  6. I tried this salt inhaler and I began coughing worse than I did before. Yes, I used Himalayan pink sea salt. I still cough and I feel like I have the flue at times, achy, congested, and hacking. Eight years of this and nothing seems to help. I have only one kidney and it's a polycystic kidney. So if I take medicines for head or chest congestions then my kidney suffers.

  7. I have allergies and my nose is always with mucus even if I haven't had allergies. definitely giving this a try. my dog allergies went away after 3 months of drinking the adrenal body kit pills, I hope the rest of my respiratory system can be completely healthy.
