Chronic rhinosinusitis is defined as inflammation of the nose and paranasal sinuses for a period lasting more than 12 weeks. The features of chronic rhinosinusitis are nasal stuffiness, blockage, congestion, discharge which range from thin to thick or it can be foul smelling as well, difficulty in breathing difficulty in smelling things, exacerbation of asthma attacks, bad breaths, anorexia, feeling tired and fatigued most of the day, facial puffiness, fullness or pressure, headache, difficulty in working. So these are some of the symptoms with patients with chronic rhinosinusitis may have.
