  1. Jade, I definitely think these remedies that address inflammation are on target, but could you make a video addressing how certain foods we eat can create inflammation in the body? That would be so helpful! Thank you!

  2. It would benefit people greatly to know that they may be bringing headaches upon themselves by consuming foods that contain MSG and all of its gov't approved alter ego's (Hydrogenated and Autolyzed).

  3. I’ve known about the almonds and the Cayenne pepper in the nose, another one would be white willow bark. It was what they used to synthesize pain killers. In the 1800s people would chew on the bark to relieve fever and inflammation. Don’t worry it’s as effective in capsule form that I keep on me.
