Sinusitis is an inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses.

The major symptoms of sinusitis include:

A cold that won’t go away or gets worse
Fever or cough

We will discuss today 2 very effective home remedy for for sinus infection:

Remedy 1:

1 cup hot water
1 Tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 lemon juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of turmeric

Instruction:

Drink this tonic two or three times a day. This tea can quickly break up congestion, kill pathogens and improve sinus symptoms.

Remedy 2:

1 cup Epsom Salt
½ cup Baking Soda
10 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Instruction:

Combine ingredients in an airtight, lidded jar. Add a scoop of the mixture to hot running water. Soak for 20 minutes, inhaling deeply. Repeat as needed.
