From the video:
Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) masks and headgear come in many styles and sizes to comfortably treat your sleep apnea.
Everyone has different needs, preferences and face shapes, and sometimes you will need to try different mask styles before you find the one that works the best for you.So lets check out a few CPAP mask styles and some possible benefits of each.

Nasal masks covering the nose might be good for you if your doctor prescribed a high air pressure setting or you move around a lot in your sleep.

Nasal pillow masks that fit at the nares are good choice if you feel claustrophobic in masks that cover more of your face,or if you have facial hair that interferes with other masks.
You have a full field of vision for reading or watching TV and you are also able to wear your glasses.

There are also Full-face masks covering the nose and mouth which are the best option if you have nasal obstruction or congestion that makes breathing through your nose difficult. Or if you continue to breathe through your mouth at night despite a months of trying a nasal mask or nasal pillow interface combined with a heated humidity feature or chin strap or both to keep your mouth closed.

  1. It's also worth noting that glasses can be worn with many nasal and full face masks such as the Wisp, N10/N20 and F10/F20. Useful information in case you're an avid TV-watcher / book reader before your head hits the pillow! : )
