Dr. Eric Berg DC teaches you a new method of getting sinus relief to chronic congestion in the sinuses. Garlic is a most powerful anti-everything. This is good for sinus congestion, mucus, post nasal drip, sleep apnea and anything connected with thickened nasal pathways. Many times there is a fungus, moldy layer of “stuff” growing in your sinuses that need garlic to kill it. This could come from long term exposure to antibiotics.

  1. HATE netty pot, so have a steam cup. Will now try using the garlick in my steam cup. Garlic will be so much easer to aquire than oregno oil. BTW, my steam cup looks sorta like a chid's two handle cup with a lid, but instead has a nose mask 'thngie" on it.

  2. What do i do if i am not stuffed up and i just have pain in my sinuses and on my eyes?
It's winter and the air is dry, when i wash with warm or hot water it helps, but it always cones back.
This started in November of 2017 and it's April of 2018, and it has been a long dry winter season, but i can't figure this out because thius is new, it has never hapooened before.
Maybe someone with the same problem could give me advice and possibly help others,
I would love to know what thus could be other than just dry air because it's driving me crazy.
    Thank you in advance.

  3. It worked and totally did not wait 15 minutes. I was sick of the pain. Took a straw and dropped it in nose. BAM!!!! whoa that was a rush. Totally free. Thank you Dr Berg. I will use ever time now. I had already been eating the garlic for chest cold and it left. Then, nose went whack. Great cheap God given solution. Praise the Lord!

  4. Love the wah Dr berg laughed at saying to wait until water cooled before flushing nostrils with it! He is chuckling throughout.. Even when he said to use a clove..not the WHOLE bulb…doc knows laughter is the best medicine… O lord… He said not to use garlic chunks… I have a belly laugh going… He knows there are some overzealous types…ha ha ha!

  5. Do you really believe this, Dr Berg? I love your videos but you didn't seem very believable on this video…like this was a foreign idea you really didn't even know. All your other videos you are so passionate about your topics… this one seemed very stilted and forced…. :/

  6. You can't pour water through without a 0.9 salt solution otherwise it is painful. I put 3dcl of filtered boiled water in a neti pot +the correct amount of sea salt. You can buy the special spoon at the health store. The 3decl water in the neti pot plus the measured salt normally. I used the garlic water in this salt solution. Sinus fungal infection is systemic so the only way I cleared up the chronic green mucus was to take a natural antifungal. Thorne Research formula sf 722. Unfortunately when you stop taking it it comes back. I try anything once 😁.

  7. There are many components to treating polyps at home. One plan I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the jits polyp plan (check it out on google) without a doubt the most helpful blueprint that I've heard of. Check out the unbelievable information .

  8. Yeah~~it seriously works. I forgot, i dont even remember breathing could be so effortless. But be prepared to shed a few tears if it went too far. Thanks a million, dr. Berg! I love this advice.

  9. If anyone follows these instructions will makes a mucus burning rinse instead of a healing liquid.Where is the added salt???It has to be a 0.9% of (w/v) salt solution otherwise you will make a big trouble for yourself!Unfortunately all tutorial video on theYouTube must be considered as part information.

  10. it works, it works !!!
thank you Dr.erick,, You cannot imagine my suffering during last decade with nasal allergy but now since this magical solution no anymore,, thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thank…

  11. Wow, thanks doc… I need this. I had a cold twice last month, and the recovery was slow. I thought my sinusitis kicked in. Went to ENT doctor and she told me to do nostril flush with NaCL liquid. It really helped me to take out the mucus and I'm getting better. After x-ray, it turned out my sinus is clear. I probably have allergy. I will try this garlic flush.

  12. Maybe I missed it, but it's very important to use a pinch of pharmaceutical grade salt, other wise, it's going to be very unpleasant. Make sure it dissolves completely in the lukewarm water before rinsing. And you might want of use up to 2 cups of water, in order to ensure a thorough rinse of both nostrils. When done properly, this is a very effective way of beating a sinus infection.

  13. Thanks. Was wondering how to do this. I 100% believe in garlic after it COMPLETELY cured my hemorrhoids. Anti inflammatory and kills germs. Works!
Anyway. Moved to Oregon, have bad allergies and getting a nasal polyp and have a feeling garlic will help until I can get it cut out.
