Do you have a tongue and a thumb? If you do, you already have everything you need to clear your sinuses in less than 20 seconds!

A stuffy nose often occurs as a symptom of another health problem such as a sinus infection or the common cold. Usually, these health problems are minor i.e. allergies, nasal polyps, chemical exposures, environmental irritants and hay fever.

When the lining in the sinus cavities gets inflamed due to irritants, bacteria or viruses, your nasal passage swells and gets blocked up, making it hard for you to breathe.

Nasal Congestion usually clears up within a week, but with this natural remedy, you may not wait that long to breathe easy ever again!

How to clear your sinuses in 20 seconds

Ready to breathe easy? Follow these simple steps:

Push your tongue against the top of your mouth and place your thumb between your eyebrows.
Apply pressure with your thumb for 20 seconds. Your sinuses will begin to drain.

How does it work?

You might be wondering how a little pressure on a bone can lead to a drain of sinuses. It has a scientific reason behind the technique. According to Lisa DeStefano, D.O., an assistant professor at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, this technique causes the “vomer” bone to rock back and forth. The back and forth motion loosens congestion, allowing your sinuses to drain.

  1. compelled to mention this here because it worked for me, after everything else failed (neti, antibiotics, allergy meds, etc…).

Give up the hot showers. Heck, give up the warm showers too…it sounds brutal, but you get used to it. This literally ended my sinus problems alone – went from suffering for years, especially Nov – April months.

Colder is better, if you can handle it. try it for a week.

  2. Please try methods like this before surgery. Nasal turbinate surgery is very risky. Any turbinate surgery can cause Empty Nose Syndrome, which makes you feel like you are suffocating because your damaged nerves cannot feel the air you breathe. Even a small procedure can result in this horrible condition. This surgery ruined my life. People have committed suicide over Empty Nose Syndrome. Do not risk surgery on your turbinates.

  3. I solved my sinus to balm.
close ur eye and take some balm and apply to below eyebrows and side of eyes .100% sinus disappeare to this method.this is ghost they stay in human nose and they hate to balm.

  4. Ive had the worst night. Just yesterday night my sinus was 3 times plugged up i woke up not able to breathe well had hard time sleeping still have it plugged right now not as much as last night

  5. Okay I need help, I have been sniffing opiates. I want to quit and I have the will power to do so. So I bought some pills without Tylenol to start weaning myself down but I still experienced the same pain. My eyes starts to drip my nose drips uncontrollably my teeth hurt and I have a burning sensation in my nose and right side of head. When I sniffed regular Tylenol. Problem went away for a short period of time but it did get better. How can I get this so subside? If I could lay in bed for 2 or 3 days and ride it out I would but I can't. I have to be functional and it even make its hard to drive
